Terms of delivery of goods

1.1. Apmokėjus užsakymą darbo dieną iki 12 val, prekės pristatomos per 3-5 darbo dienas. Apmokėjus užsakymą ne darbo ar švenčių dienomis prekės pristatomos per 5-8 darbo dienas. Pardavėjas pasilieka teisę keisti transportavimo įkainius atsižvelgiant į užsakymo sumą, prekės matmenis, pristatymo vietą. Jei praėjus 5 dienoms po apmokėjimo negavote užsakytų prekių susisiekite su mumis elektroniniu paštu: uzsakymai@berserker-shop.eu.

 

1.2. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that there are cases when, after confirming the order and receiving payment, it turns out that the item to be shipped is no longer available, because it was sold within a few days and is out of stock, regardless of the fact that the balance of this item is still displayed on our website. In this case, it may take a few days or even a few weeks for your order to be fulfilled, if you choose to wait until the stock is replenished or we arrange an exchange of the goods for other goods of the same value, or we refund you.

Conditions for returning goods

2.1. Defects of the sold goods are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned under the guidance of the Minister of Economy in 2001. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" approved rules for the return and exchange of items.

2.2. The buyer has the right to return the goods by notifying the seller in writing (by e-mail: uzsakymai@berserker-shop.eu, indicating the desired return of the product and its order number) no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the day of delivery of the product.

2.3. It is necessary to provide the following data: customer's name, order number from which the product is to be returned, the specific products to be returned, and the reasons for the return. This is a prerequisite for a refund on returned goods. The customer is responsible for covering transportation costs when returning or exchanging an item.

2.4. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

2.5. Once your return has been received and verified, we will email you a letter informing you that we have received the returned item.

2.6. After returning the product, the money is returned within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the returned goods. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account specified in the goods return form. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
